How do I create an account?
RoleDog uses anonymous authentication — just download the app and complete the onboarding steps. No email or password required.
Can I recover my account if I delete the app?
Since RoleDog uses anonymous authentication tied to your device, deleting the app or clearing its data may result in losing your account. We recommend keeping the app installed to preserve your progress.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Google Play Store settings. Go to Settings > Subscriptions on your device.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). Please contact them directly through their respective support channels.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account from Settings within the app, or send an email to roledog@ab180.co with your Support ID. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
The app isn't working properly. What should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app, or restarting your device. If the issue persists, please contact us at roledog@ab180.co with a description of the problem and your device model.
Does the app work offline?
RoleDog requires an internet connection to generate AI-powered conversations and evaluations. An active connection is needed for all features.
